An outline of our current or planned marketing strategies 

E-Planet, "a name trusted in the planet of worldwide universities", is situated in the heart of the capital city Kathmandu . E-Planet is surrounded from many high class educational institutions, colleges and other types of academic organization. E-planet is strongly renowned in the capital city as an excellent abroad counseling centre. E-Planet has well furnished office occupying 3 flats of 5 storied modern building located in Bagabazar, the name Bagbazar is itself a prominent name in the educational sector, Kathmandu, Nepal.

The third floor is occupied with specially facilitated counseling rooms. There are 5 individual counseling rooms decorated with all new attractive furniture and accoutre. It has separate counselors and counseling room for different countries. Likewise, the fourth floor is divided into two parts: a well facilitated seminar hall and the administration department. The fifth floor is composed of the class room, library and computer lab for the students. There is also free internet service available for the E-planet students. Now I would like to state our current and planned strategy.

Current Marketing Strategy:

Now we are not only limited in Kathmandu. Our branches at Chitwan and Butwal are in operation since 2008. In the same way, we have our contact office in Adelaide, Australia trading as Versatile Information Solutions. We have a long term plan for serving the students in all around the country. Now we are just promoting our business through published advertisement in newspapers, radio, F.M. and also we have made a strong relation with relevant persons and academic institutions like colleges, test preparation centers and language institutions. We conduct seminars in our own office as well as in the reputed hotels in coordination with colleges and sometimes self. Apart from these, we have sent lots of student aboard with whom we have prosperous relations. And, of course, personal communication is best of all.

Planned Marketing Strategy:

We, as a leading institution for counseling, planning to serve the students through other regions of Nepal . We are opening our branches soon in Pokhara and Biratnagar. Later, we will expand to some more potential cities like Birgunj, Nepalgunj, Dang, Dharan etc. Along with increase in the branches; we are planning to establish a counseling section in major educational institutions in joint venture with those institutions. We are planning to have a monthly seminar on study aboard, their prospects and strategies and visa preparation. We are now in talk with banks for the assistance in providing loans for students going aboard. We are developing a network of educational institutions, donors, banks and counseling centers. Some planning are ever to be made which will substantiate the need of the time.
